| 摘 要： | 观察不同炮制方法杜仲的水煎剂对空怀兔离体子宫运动性能的影响,并探讨其作用机理。采用离体器官实验法,将经过乙烯雌酚预处理的空怀兔急性处死,分段取子宫置于恒温通气麦氏浴皿培养液中,分别加入不同炮制杜仲的水煎剂,记录子宫平滑肌张力变化情况。不同炮制方法中以砂烫杜仲对子宫收缩张力增强最为明显,与生杜仲和炒杜仲比较差异均极显著(P<0.01);炒杜仲对子宫收缩张力略明显,与生杜仲相比差异显著(P<0.05);不同炮制方法杜仲水煎剂在浓度为1.0g/mL、剂量为1mL时对空怀兔离体子宫平滑肌张力具有不同程度的增强作用。

| Abstract: | To investigate the impact of different processing, s Eucommia ulmoides Olir on the activity of out of uterus of rabbit. Adopt leaf shell organ experiment method, put rabbit's leaf shell uterus in constant temperature aeration barley family nambath dish then add the same quantity and concentration but different treatment's Eucommia ulmoides Olir to it. Through BL-New-century creature signal collection and management system, scan and write down the changes of the uterus smooth muscle tension one by one treatment. The results showed that different processing's Eucomrnia ulmoides Olir versus the vacant bosom rabbit leaf shell uterus excitement acting ratio, the scald Eucommia ulmoides Olir is more prominent than every other. When different treatment's Eucomrnia ulmoides Olir at concentration for 1.0g/mL and quantity for 1. 0mL, uterus smoothmuscle tension increase in different level. |
