| 摘 要： | 高等学校办公室是学校的综合管理机构,在学校管理系统中处于核心地位,应发挥参谋、桥梁、协调、信息、督查、窗口等作用。为此,高校办公室必须从建设一支高素质办公室队伍、提高服务意识、建立管理工作制度实现管理工作科学化、建设办公室管理信息系统实现办公室自动化、营造宽松和谐的工作环境等方面加强办公室的建设和管理,积极发挥办公室在高校管理中的作用。同时,文章还探索了高校办公室职能发展的新趋向。

| Abstract: | University office is a comprehensive management and core department in a school,which should play the part of a staff officer,bridges,coordination,information,supervision,windows and so on.To this end,the university office must strengthen the construction and management of it,which includes: building a high-quality office team,enhancing service awareness,establishing the management system to achieve the scientific management,constructing office management information system to achieve office automation,creating a relaxed and harmonious working environment,and so on.Meanwhile,the article also explores the new development trends of office functions. |
