| 摘 要： | 志愿服务是重要的有效社会动员形式。顺应时代发展需要,发展志愿服务事业,有利于创新社会动员机制,进而推进和创新社会管理。本文社会动员的对象、社会动员的方式、社会动员的性质、社会动员的效率等四个角度,探索如何通过发展志愿服务来建立和完善社会动员体制机制,有效提升社会动员水平,切实服务民生所求,为社会科学发展提供支持和动力。

| Abstract: | The voluntary service is an important and effective form of social mobilization.Keeping pace with the times,developing voluntary service is in favor of innovating social mobilization mechanism,and then push forward and innovate the social management.This article explores how to establish and complete the institutional mechanisms of social mobilization through the development of voluntary service from four angles,the object,the form,the nature and the efficiency of social mobilization to raise effectively the level of social mobilization,serve to the people′s livelihood and provide support and motivation for the scientific development of the society. |
