| 摘 要： | 在城市化进程中，需要征用大量原农业用地，部分地方政府在征地过程中，侵害失地农民利益，且征地后安置工作不合理，农民失地后易陷入失业困境，生活失去出路。本文通过马鞍山市征地拆迁调研，分析了地方政府在土地征迁安置工作中与失地农民之间产生矛盾的原因，提出通过政府途径、就业安置及土地流转等方式缓解征迁安置过程中的矛盾。

| Abstract: | In the process of urbanization, a large number of the original expropriation of agricultural land will be needed. Part of the local government infringes the interests of land-lost farmers in the process of land requisition. Along with the land acquisition resettlement unreasonable, farmer is easy to fall into the unemployment dilemma and life lost way. Based on the investigation of land requisition in Ma′anshan City, the paper analyzed the deep-seated reasons of contradictions between the landless peasants and local government in the land acquisition process, and put forward the way through government channels, job placement, and land transfer to alleviate the contradictions of the resettlement process. |
