| 摘 要： | 主要采用历史回顾法、文献资料法、经验总结法和实践应用法等,对"健康"与"健康第一"思想作综合考察,研究认为在学校领域中两次提出"健康第一"的思想是以学生体质下降为社会背景的,新的体育健康课程标准也是以此为基础所构建的,并成为今后学校体育追求的目标.

| Abstract: | By means of historical document study,document data method,summarizing experience and practical application,the study is about the thinking of "health" and "health first".The study testified that it is based on the descent of student's physique that health first idea in academic field,and the novel P.E.healthy course's standard is also based on this point.It would become the target of P.E.in the future. |
