| 摘 要： | 面向未来的继续教育应该具有终身教育的性质，教育已不仅仅是在规定的时间内吸收固定的内容，而被视为一种人类的进程。面向未来的继续教育的基本模式是“实践——反思”式，因此，从事继续教育的高校教师应尽快实现自己角色的转变。
