| 摘 要： | 对山西省1986年以来新成立的11个县级市的体育文化建设,包括体育观念、体育组织机构与制度、群众体育活动、体育场地设施等方面的情况进行了调查,根据国家对小城市建设的要求,提出了促进山西省新建小城市体育文化建设的指导思想、总体目标、基本任务和战略措施.

| Abstract: | In this article, the author makes a lot of social investigation on the culture construction of the 11 newly built cities since 1986, including physical education concept, organization and system, mass sports activities, the condition of sports ground and equipment etc. According to the requirement for the construction of small cities, the author put forwards a series of developing strategy concepts including guiding ideology, general aim, basic task and the strategy steps of how to improve the sports culture construction of newly built small cities. |
