| Abstract: | A high quality introduction is the foundation of a successful classroom teaching. Taking New Horizon College English for example, the article has inquired into seven effective introductions, which can not only tell the main idea and provoke a lot of interest, but also attract students to join together to speak English; Moreover, teachers should avoid making the four mistakes while using introductions. |
