摘    要:通过研究非单调轴类零件工艺与编程加工过程,介绍了利用 FANUC 0I Mate-TC 数控系统提供的宏程序编程功能编制出的具有通用性、适用性且应用简单的数控程序,分析了使用自动编程软件编程时工件的加工工艺。通过实践检验,手工编程和自动编程相结合优化了工艺方案,提高产品的尺寸精度和生产效率。

Abstract:Through the study of non-monotonic axial-parts technology and programming process, the applicable and simple numerical control program is designed by the FANUC 0I Mate TC CNC system providing the macro-program function. And the processing technology is analyzed by automatic programming software. Through the practical test, the technology projects are optimized by the combined manual programming with automatic programming, and the dimensional accuracy and production efficiency of the product are improved.
