| 摘 要： | 证券市场本质上是一个信息市场，信息监管是证券市场监管的重心所在。证券市场本身是一个不完全对称的信息博弈竞局。健全中国证券市场信息监管，需要多方面的协调努力和多种因素的配合。除了制度上的调整、法规的健全之外，还必须完善监管组织机构的功能。

| Abstract: | The stock market essentially is an information market and information supervision is the center of stock market.Stock market itself is an un-symmetric information game pattern.In order to improve China stock market information supervision,concerted efforts and coordination of various factors are needed.Besides system adjustment,the perfection of laws and regulations,the function of supervising organizations and agencies must be consummated. |
