| 摘 要： | 人才生产(即人类自身的生产)是指人们为了使人类社会后继有人所进行的生养、培育后代的过程,人才生产可分为生、养、育这样三个相互连接和相互渗透的过程。人才生产具有本能性、计划性、家庭代际性和人本综合性等特征。人才生产力(人类自身生产力)是指人们生殖、养育人才的能力,它包括生殖能力和养育能力两方面,养育能力又进一步可以分解为抚养能力和教育能力。社会的人才生产力由人的生殖能力、物质生产力、精神生产力和教育能力共同决定,其中最关键、最核心的要素是教育能力,发展教育事业,提高社会培育人才的能力是提高社会人才生产力最直接、最有效的途径。

| Abstract: | The talented person production(namely human own production) refers to the the fact that people give birth and cultivate the descendant for there is no lack of human society successor to carry on the process.The talented person production may be divided into living,rearing and cultivating,which mutually connect and mutually infiltrate.The talented person production has some characteristics,including the instinct,the plan,the continuity from generation to generation in family,comprehensiveness of person first and so on.The talented person productive forces(human own productive forces) indicate that the people reproductive ability and the rearing ability that is further decomposed into the foster ability and the education ability.Society's talented person productive forces is decided by person's reproduction ability,the physical productivity,the spiritual productive forces and the education ability together,and the most essential and most core factor is the education ability.The development education for improving the ability of society cultivating the talented person is the most direct and effective way that enhances the social talented person productive forces. |
