| 摘 要： | 通过调查研究发现,环太湖地区人们对体育旅游的认知度还不够高,市场开发体系还不够健全,“环太湖体育圈”规划还不够完善,缺乏经营人才与特色品牌。提出了健全体育旅游市场的开发和促销体系及“以人为本”的管理体系,确立环太湖地区体育旅游发展的品牌与“人才兴区”战略。

| Abstract: | Studying by means of survey and literature data approaches,the author revealed the following findings: The people in the areas around Taihu Lake did not have a sufficient cognition of sports tourism;the market development system was not sound enough;the planning of the "Sports Circle around Taihu Lake" was not perfect enough;there was a lack of management professionals and featured brands.The author put forward that the system of development and promotion of sports tourism market as well as the "people orientated" management system should be completed,and that the brands for the development of sports tourism in the areas around Taihu Lake as well as the strategy of "introducing professionals to boom the areas" should be established. |
