| 摘 要： | 运用小波变换理论,结合人类视觉系统特性,提出一种基于SPIHT算法的低比特率图像压缩的改进算法.实验证明,该算法在平滑图像的压缩中有较好效果,在低比特率压缩下减少了Gibbs现象,边缘模糊现象得到改善.

| Abstract: | An improved algorithm image compression of low bit rate based on set partitioning in hierarchical trees is proposed in this paper,which combined with human visual system.It has been proved that the algorithm is efficient on reducing Gibbs phenomenon and edge fuzzy phenomenon in smooth image code,under low bit rate image compression through experiment. |
