| Abstract: | For students,who are learning English as a foreign language,taught English as a subject takes place in the school curriculum in China.Although they begin to learn English at a very young age and struggle to learn it for more than ten years,their English proficiency still cannot meet the needs imposed by the society.It is suggested that the educators and instructors should analyze factors that influence the language teaching and learning in order to improve the pedagogy.This paper addresses the issue from such aspects as input,output,and affective factors. |
