| 摘 要： | 代议制政体给了民主政治以实践的理论依据,它真正确立了人在社会中的主体地位,政府只是作为社会的公共服务机关而存在,这在人类政治史上是一次历史性的飞跃。但是,不同的阶级,对其诠释亦不尽相同,有的甚至是相对立。就我国而言,在当前政治体制改革中,资本主义的实践经验对我们仍有批判的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The representative system regime has provided the theoretical and practical basis for democratic politics and has established the main body status of human beings in society.John Mill holds that government can only exist as a social public service institution,which is a historic improvement in the human political history.However,different social classes have different explanations about the regime and some classes provide opposite explanation.As for China,in the current political reform,the capitalism experience is still of learning significance. |
