| 摘 要： | 《管理学原理》课程参与式教学有利于学生学习主动性和积极性的提高，有利于学生团队合作精神和创新精神的培养，有利于学生实践能力的培养，有利于学生综合学习能力的开发提高。在《管理学原理》课程参与式教学过程中，应注意差异化引导、团队任务中搭便车现象的解决、考核方式改革的配套和参与式教学效果的评估工作等问题。

| Abstract: | Participatory teaching in management can improve students’learning initiative and enthusi?asm, develop students' team spirit and innovative spirit, improve students' practical ability and develop stu?dents' comprehensive learning ability. In the teaching process, teachers should pay attention to the problems of differentiation guide, the solution of free rider problem in task team and the reform of examination methods. |
