商业性大众体育赛事的组织与运作研究

摘    要:本文通过文献资料法、访谈法和案例分析法等研究方法,对大众体育赛事的组织运作进行研究,旨在发现大众体育赛事组织运作过程中存在的问题,并提出相应建议。研究结果表明:大众体育赛事组织难度大,管理难度大;多数赛事的策划缺乏连续性;体育职能部门的管理人员缺乏营销意识和服务意识。

Abstract:This paper explores the organization and operation of mass sports matches in order to find out the problems in this course and propose relative suggestions by using the method of documentary,interviews and case analysis.It is spotted that it is difficult to organize and manage mass sports matches,most strategical plans of mass sports matches are not successive,management staff in sports functional department are lack of marketing consciousness and service consciousness.
