| 摘 要： | 医学临床实习是实习生由学生到医生的过渡阶段,是培养合格的高素质的综合型医学人才的必经之路。笔者认为在临床带教中必须对实习生加强医德医风教育,坚持理论与实践相结合,以技能训练为重点,培养他们独立工作的能力,并且严格考核,加强管理才能真正提高带教质量,有效地帮助他们实现转轨,完成由学生到医生的过渡。

| Abstract: | Clinical practice is a stage in which the interns are help to transform from students to doctors and an essential way by which qualified doctors of comprehensive qualities are cultivated.From years of her clinical teaching practice,the writer realizes that the strengthening of medical ethics education on the parts of the interns,the combination of theory with practice in clinical lectures,the cultivation of the interns,independent ability by means of focusing on skill training,the strict persistence of check-up and administrative system are the effective measures taken in clinical teaching practice to help the interns to fulfill their transformation from dents to doctors. |
