| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查、访谈、文献资料和数理统计等方法，对连云港市农村非体育人口体育现状进行了调研。结果表明：农村非体育人口对体育能增进健康的意识淡薄，缺乏自身投入体育健身的行为，但对体育活动有一定的需求，希望建立良好的体育活动环境。并提出了建立健全农民体育组织管理系统，加强宣传指导，加大对农村体育资金的投入，充分挖掘农村体育资源等对策。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of questionnaire, document, interview, and statistics, this paper analyzes the status quo of non-sports-population in Lianyungang country. The results show that they are lack of the cognition on sports and the initiative activities, but they partially need some sports exercises and hope to construct a well environment of sports exercises certainly. And then some countermeasures are put forward as follow:to establish the management system, to strengthen propagandization and conduction, to increase investment, and to exploit the country sports resources adequately, etc. |
