| 摘 要： | 冷战后的中欧伙伴关系表现为从1998年以来,双方在经济、政治和其他领域的交往与合作增多,并在这些领域取得了巨大成果.经济上的互补、政治上分歧的减少、经济利益对政治关系的制约和战略上利益的一致及相互尊重是推动中欧关系发展的动力,也是中欧关系取得巨大成就的原因.但是,制约中欧关系发展的政治、军事、经济和其他方面的负面因素仍存.因此,今后中国应采取更多措施加强和深化与欧盟在经济、政治、文化等领域的交流与合作,以推动中欧关系的继续向前发展.

| Abstract: | The manifestation of the partnership between China and Europe after Cold War is that the contact and co-operation between the two sides have been increasing and more achievements have been made in economic, political and other fields since l998. The driving forces of developing this partnership are the mutual complementarity in economy,the reduction of differences in politics, the restriction of economic interests on political relations,the common interests in strategy and their relying on each other for support. And these driving forces are also the reasons why so many achievements have been made in the partnership between China and Europe. However, in the political, military, economic and other spheres there still exists some negative factors that restrict the development of the relationship between the two sides. So, in order to propel this partnership forward continuously China should take more steps to strengthen and deepen the exchange and cooperation with the EU in the domains of economy, politics, culture and so on. |
