四步模式在110米跨栏教学中的应用

摘    要:跨栏跑项目作为普通中学生田径运动项目,越来越多的安排在中学生的体育课中,经了解该教材对提高学生运动技能、增强体质的效果不是很理想,而且成绩提高幅度很小.究其原因是多方面的,其中最主要的原因是传统的栏间跑三步模式教学法不适应广大中学生,从而造成教学上的困难.面对这种情况,将栏间三步跑的教学模式改为四步模式,并引入教学实践过程中进行探索性的尝试.结果表明四步的栏间跑模式可以降低教学难度,并能有效提高普通中学生对学习跨栏跑的积极性,有效提高他们的协调性,培养果断的精神,提高运动成绩.

Abstract:Now, more and more middle school students have the hurdles lessons in the P. E. But it is difficult to develop the students' athletics skills, their physique and improve their grades. Of the many reasons, the most important reason is that the traditional teaching method of three-pace run between the hurdles doesn't adjust most students. This kind of condition makes teaching difficult. To counter this condition, the writer has changed from three-pace run to four-pace run based on his teaching experience in his teaching process. As a result, four - pace run in hurdles can make teaching easier, improve most students' activeness, develop their harmony, foster the spirit of handling affairs in a decisive manner and improve their grades.
