| Abstract: | Technology as potential productivity must undergo a difficult process before it can be turned into actual productivity. The key links in that process include technical innovation, construction of the technology market and the industrialization of technology. International corporations take the lead in the world's science and technology as their global developmental strategy. The realization of the technological productivity involves the construction of various mechanisms, the proper theorization of various relations, the establishment of risk investment system, reinforcement of the scientific management on the part of the government and businesses and the creation of environments in such ways as organizational system, investment, culture, science and technology, businesses and management. |
