摘 要: | 高校的中层干部是学校教育教学工作的中坚力量 ,是学校政令畅通的保证。面对新世纪的任务和市场经济的挑战 ,有必要建立一个公平、公开、竞争、择优的选拔任用干部的机制 ,破除“铁饭碗”的观念 ,拓宽选人用人范围 ,进而增强高校的办学活力

Abstract: | The leaders at the level of the departments in an institution of higher education are important to the teaching and administration. In the face of the tasks and challenges in the 21 st century, there should be a mechanism of giving the chance of fair competition for leading positions to more people so as to increase the vitality of the institution. |
