| 摘 要： | 本文采用问卷调查为主 ,访问谈话为辅的调查方式 ,对玉溪市参加继续教育的中学教师之心态进行初步研究。调查表明 :我市大部分中学教师能以积极的态度对待继续教育 ,把继续教育作为增长知识 ,提高教学水平的途径。他们认为继续教育取得了一定效果 ,并希望继续教育活动继续搞下去。他们希望继续教育的考试能多讲少考 ,以开卷的方式来考 ,在闭卷考中 ,希望考前辅导 (培训 )中给点“高透明度”。调查还显示出为数不少的教师对我省的继续教育存在几个方面的不满意 ,我省继续教育尚需大力改进。

| Abstract: | This essay gives an initial survey of the attitude to further education of middle-school teachers in Yuxi by paper testing, visiting and conversation. The survey shows that most middle-school teachers have positive attitude towards their further education for this is the method for them to increase their knowledge and develop their teaching skill, that there has been some effect in the further education and they hope the education can be continued on condition of increasing lectures and reducing examination, that the open-book examination is better for them and that some other measures should be taken to improve the further education system in our province. |
