| 摘 要： | 大学的班主任工作是大学学生管理工作中的重要环节之一。在当前全球爆发金融危机，学生就业难的情况下，如何结合大学生的心理特征有效地开展好班主任工作，需要认真探讨和研究。本文结合自身的大学班主任工作实践，着重从三个方面把握大学班主任工作的关键所在，引导学生在一个良好纯洁的班集体氛围下文明、健康地成长。使他们具备良好的心态和优秀的品质，为今后融入社会打下坚实的基础。
