应用敲击法无损检测桩基质量

摘    要:由于种种原因,就地灌注桩的损坏率较高,不得不依赖施工完成后的质量检测工作。用动力响应测定方法来代替传统的静载试桩,具有轻便、快速、经济等优点,所以发展很快。本文主要介绍我们如何在江门市应用“敲击法”的原理,经过近七百根桩的实测,提出无损检测普查桩基质量的方法和判别标准,以及初步取得的社会效益和经济效益。

Abstract:For various reasons, Piles constructed by pouring in cement at the construction site involve a high rate of damage. It is obliged to depend upon the quality examination after the construction is completed. In order to replace the traditional static load examination method, the authors of this paper found that a dynamic response method seemed to have a number of advantages over the former in its convenience, speed and economy. The method has been developed rapidly. This paper gives a brief account of how"Striking Method" is used in Jiangmen. Having examined nearly seven hundred piles by this way the authors suggest a damageless general examination method for the quality of piles and a standard of judgement as well. Both the social benefit and the economic benefit obtained primarily through the application of this method are also mentioned in this paper with a view to bringing fellow engineers' attention and comments.
