| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,中国公民政治认知有发展但也有不足,文章通过对公民政治认知在公民政治素质建设和社会主义政治文明中的作用分析,提出只有加强公民政治认知建设,才能真正为公民社会和社会主义政治文明的实现提供理论支持和认知保障。同时指出,公民政治认知在公民政治素质建设中的作用应包括以下几点:公民政治认知是社会主义公民政治参与的理论基石;公民政治认知培养是增强公民政治认同的知识基础; 公民认知建设有利于社会政治管理与政治生活的合理界分。

| Abstract: | The paper, through analysis of the role played by citizen political cognition in construction of citizen political quality and socialist political civilization, holds that it is only through enhancing the construction of citizen political cognition that can provide theoretical back-up and recognition guarantee for realization of citizen society and socialist political civilization. |
