| 摘 要： | 20世纪二三十年代，著名图书馆学家李小缘先生积极倡导民众图书馆精神，旨在保证处于社会底层的广大民众与强势群体一样享有同等的免费阅读的权利。值此李小缘先生诞辰110周年之际，本文通过简析民众图书馆精神的内涵与特点，提出利用互联网再现民众图书馆精神的观点。作者从互联网的服务对象、服务内容及其发展趋势等方面分析了民众图书馆精神在互联网上再现的可行性，将实现该目标的关键要素归纳为三个方面，并就每一方面分别提出了建设性的建议与对策。

| Abstract: | During 1920s till 1930s, the famous library scientist Mr. Xiaoyuan Li advocated the spirit of popular library, which aims at protecting the same free reading rights of the lower class public as the upper class. To commemorate the 110th anniversary of Mr. Li's birth, this article anatomizes the connotation and characteristic of the spirit of popular library and presents the viewpoints of the reoccurrence of the spirit of popular library on the Internet. The authors analyze the feasibility of this task from several aspects, including the service objects, content and development trend. Three key factors of fulfilling this task are elaborated and constructive suggestions and countermeasure are also brought forward. |
