摘    要:本文阐述了"以学生为主体"的教学模式相关的理论背景.指出在职校推行"以学生为主体"的教学理念与教学模式的时代意义和局限;并列举了在推行实践中和进行科学研究中所应注意的内外部环境,以及教师与学生在教学模式推行中所担任的角色等一系列问题.同时指出,将CBE、MES、PETRA的理念和方法融入"以学生为主体"的教学理念与教学模式有重要的现实意义.如果在职业教育教学活动中作为一种教学策略使用,更有意义.最后指明:要使"以学生为主体"的教学模式在职校中推行得到成功,任何简单的、机械的研究和应用都难以达到满意的结果.只有在弄清理论的实质,针对不同的教育、不同的环境(经济、科技、地域、学校、专业)进行周密的计划和设计,才可能使职教教学实现教育理念与教学模式的突破与创新.

Abstract:This article expatiates on the student centered teaching approach and the background of its theory,points out the significance and the localization of the implement of this approach in vocational schools,and lists the inner and out enviromments of the implement of and the research on this approach,and the series of problems about teachers & students roles in teaching and learning.The article also points out the realistic significance of the absorption of the logos and method of CBE,MES and PETRA in the mentioned approach.The article concludes that the successful implement of student centered approach rests with the master of the theoretical essence and the careful plan and design according to the different education,environments (economy,technology,region,school and majors).Thus there is the possibility of the innovation of the vocational education logos and teaching approach.
