| 摘 要： | JIT(just in time)是一种按需供给的生产方式,也是一种视一切库存为浪费的生产方式,它遵循的是供需协调原则。在这种生产方式下,供方必须根据需方需要的产品品种、数量、交货时间和地点来组织生产,因而没有了生产的独立性和灵活性。为了提高供方的独立性和灵活性,许多学者提出了一种基于JIT方式下,单一供方和单一需方如何保持协作来减少总成本的库存模型,本文对此库存模型作了修正,并在此基础上进一步研究了两个对总成本影响的因素:(1)生产率p与需求率d之比(在d一定的条件下);(2)生产提前期T。本文的研究结果对供需双方更好实施JIT生产方式有一定的参考作用。

| Abstract: | JIT (just-in-time) is a production mode of supply i n line with demand. Any inventories will be viewed as waste in the JIT. Its princi ple is to make supply and demand coordinated. Vendor must organize its productio n according to buyer's production demands upon variety, quantity, delivery time, receiving location, and it will lose its independence and flexibility. For impr oving vendor's independence and flexibility, many researchers introduce a invent ory model which can make total cost between single vendor and single buyer small er on the premise of JIT. The article revises this inventory model, and further study two factors which affect total cost: (a) the ratio of production rate to d emand rate (demand rate is constant), (b) production lead time. The article's re sult have a referential effect on carrying out JIT better. |
