| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了天籁轿车发动机、智能电源模块相关电路以及CAN总线的工作原理,详述了一款日产天籁230JK轿车无规律熄火及无法起动故障的诊断过程.诊断出故障部位在ECM继电器,更换该继电器后故障症状减轻但并未消除.经过分析,确定故障原因是智能电源分配模块某部位的接触不良而使得ECM继电器偶尔断电造成的.通过对该模块实施修复将故障排除.

| Abstract: | The authors expounded the principles of TEANA＇s engine, intelligent power distribution module （IPDM E/R） and CAN bus, and introduced a diagnosis process of Nissan TEANA 230JK with irregular weak acceleration and occasional stalling. The trouble is not eliminated completely after the ECM relay is changed which was found to be broken. It is pointed out that the ECM relay interrupt of power supply occasionally is caused by the bad contact of the intelligent power distribution module. After repairing the engine, the car can start normally. |
