| 摘 要： | 按照成功体育的基本思想,对目前体育教学中争论较多的,全面发展与特长发展和考核与评价等问题进行了分析与论述,提出了既不反对学生全面发展,但更重视学生特长发展的教学思路,鼓励学生在学习中扬长避短、发展优势、形成特长。在考核与评价中,反对统一项目与统一标准的常模评价,而提倡根据个人进步幅度来制定的激励性参照评价法。把以教材为中心的教学与考核,变为以人为中心的教学与考核,让人人都能在体育教学中体验成功,找到自信,从而对体育产生兴趣,养成习惯,并使之伴随终身。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes and discusses something about many - debated problems in present physical education as well as some problems about comprehensive development, specialist development, check and evaluation according to the basic idea of successful sport. It raises the teaching train of thought which is not against the development but pays more attention to the specialist development of students. It also encourages students to show their strong points and to hide their weakness, to develop advantage and to form specialty, in cheek and evaluation, what the article advocates isn't the routine e-valuation in which the items and standards are all unified, but the evaluation of reference which is made in accordance with the individual rate of progress. It turns the center of teaching and check from teaching material into human and let every one feel successful, find self - confidence, and then they will be interested in and get into the habit of sports and make it accompany themselves the whole life. |
