摘    要:通过对武术教学法的研究,发现先教基本功,再灭拦路虎,重复多演练,掰开又合拢亦称分解合成法,可以称其为武术教学四部曲,用在教学中可以明显提高教学效果,另外念动结合的方法可以有效地提高教学质量.

Abstract:We have given researching in the teaching methods in our wushu courses , we found that teaching basic movements, studying kernel skill, practicing repeat and decomposing & combining to practice as four steps teaching method, using it could bring excellent effectiveness in wushu courses. Also we think while practice the player silent reading and give corresponding action at the same time will improve the teaching quality.
