安徽省学前教育普惠性实现路径探析

摘    要:加快实现学前教育普惠性,,不仅对于个人的发展,而且对于整个社会的发展都具有重大的意义。鉴于此,安徽省政府近几年颁布了一系列教育政策以促进学前教育普惠性的实现。但是,由于受很多实际因素的制约作用,安徽学前教育普惠性的实现依然任重道远。本文在此探讨了安徽学前教育普惠性发展的限制性因素,提出了在明确各级政府责任、合理配置学前教育资源、加强幼师队伍建设等方面的政策性调整建议,从而希亟对推动安徽学前教育普惠性的发展及教育公平的实现提供一定的参考。

On the Implementation Ways of the Generalized Policy of Prefrences for the Preschool Education in Anhui Province

Abstract:Accelerating the realization of the generalized policy of preferences for the preschool education does not only affect the individual's development, but also exerts a huge impact to the development of the whole society. Consequently, Anhui provincial government carried out a series of educational policies to promote the realization of the generalized policy of preferences for the preschool education. However, due to a lot of other factors, its realization is still a problem. The thesis explored the restraining factors in the development of the generalized policy in Anhui province, put forward some advices in government's responsibility, rational allocation of preschool education resources and the cultivation of teachers, so as to make a contribution to the development of the generalized policy of preferences for the preschool education in Anhui province.
