| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代，旅游业作为为人类提供精神消费的综合性产业，更容易受到诸多信息因素的影响而呈现出变幻莫测、极具挑战性的特点，旅游业的经营管理人员的创新能力是保证旅游业持续发展的基础。章针对旅游业的特点和旅游教育的独特规律，讨论了“能力本位”的旅游教育理念和通过渗透职业能力培养达到塑造人才创新能力的思路与实践。

| Abstract: | In the age of intellectual economy, tourism has become a comprehensive industry offering moral consumption to people, which is easy to be influenced by many information to be more changeable and challengable. The creating ability of tourists' management is the base of assuring continual development of tourism. According to the features of tourism and special regulation of tourism education, the essay discuss the education idea and method of "ability base" and training creating ability. |
