| 摘 要： | 在高等教育大众化的背景下,如何处理好规模、质量、效益的关系,是每一所学校必须认真决策的问题。本文结合陕西国防职院教学改革与发展的实际,研究、阐述了以市场为导向,不断深化教育教学改革,提升教学质量,形成科学的质量管理与监控评价、激励机制,全面提高应用型高技能人才培养水平,最大限度地满足受教育者个性发展与经济社会发展的需求。

| Abstract: | Under the background of popularization of higher education, how to deal with the relationship among scope, quality and benefit is a big problem every school must be treated with great care. This paper illustrates the need of enhancing the education and teaching reform, improving teaching quality, to form a system of scientific quality supervising and administration, and raising the standard of cultivating the high-level application talents from all scales to meet the development of the students' personal development and economical society. |
