| 摘 要： | 社会主义新农村建设是新世纪我国农村现代化建设的必然选择,而新农村文化建设则是社会主义新农村建设的关键。但我国当前的新农村文化建设还面临着一些亟须解决的问题和障碍,这就需要采取有效途径,积极推进农村文化建设,为社会主义新农村建设提供强大的精神动力和支持。

| Abstract: | The socialist new rural construction is an inevitable selection to our rural modernization in new century,and the rural cultural construction is the key to the socialist new rural construction.But our current rural cultural construction faces some problems and barriers that urgently need to be solved.This needs us to adopt effective measures to advance the rural cultural construction in order to provide the spiritual power and support for the socialist rural construction. |
