| 摘 要： | 根据新编历史教材的特点和学生的心理特点，以及学生平时的知识积累，采用并设计以学生为主体的讲，议，评三步教学法，可以调动学生学习的积极性，培养学生的各种能力。增强教师教学的针对性，从而实现教学的目标。

| Abstract: | In accordance with the features of the new compiled history textbook, students psychological characteristics and their knowledge accumulation, we have adopted and planned students-centred "three-step" teaching method of exposition, decision and evaluation, which can be used to arouse students' initiative, to foster their competence and enhance teachers' aiming at the teaching target. |
