| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法，结合多年从事标枪项目训练的经验，从运动训练学角度对掷标枪投掷步技术教学的重点难点进行分析研究。研究表明：教学的重点难点应根据投掷步技术在投掷步过程能否体现速度和节奏以及是否有利于最后用力来确定。建议教学中要处理好全面与重点的关系；突出技术内涵的教学；选择适宜的练习方法、手段；加强专项素质训练。

| Abstract: | Combining years' experience of the author in training javelin project with the documentary information,this paper,from the perspective of sports training,does an analysis of the important and difficult points in teaching throwing-step techniques of the javelin.The points depend on whether the techniques can demonstrate speed and pace and whether they are in turn beneficial to the last strength.The paper also offers proposals on the teaching of techniques for throwing a javelin. |
