| 摘 要： | 在高校扩招与全球金融危机的影响下,大学毕业生就业形势十分严峻.大学生就业难的原因之一就是高校没有全面、系统,有效地实施大学生职业生涯规划教育.因此,高校要转变教育理念,重视职业生涯规划教育.规范课程设置,建立健全教育队伍.

| Abstract: | As the university increased enrollment and under the whole world financial crisis's influence,it is very difficult for the university graduates to get a job,one of the reasons is the university has not implemented the university students professional plan education effectively.Therefore,the university must change the education idea,pay attention to the professional plan education,curriculum design,and perfect education troop. |
