| 摘 要： | 学院在多年的办学实践中深刻地认识到产学结合是保证办学特色和人才培养质量的重要条件，先后在相关专业中开展了产学合作教育，在培养“零适应期”高职人才方面进行积极探索和实践，形成了“产学合作、实训就业相关联”的人才培养模式，实现了毕业生上岗的“零距离”。
