| 摘 要： | 就业是高校发展的生命线,也是毕业班学生工作的重点,尤其是对于独立学院。学生的就业情况、社会认可程度直接关系到学院将来的发展。本文立足辅导员工作,谈谈如何做好就业工作的准备以及学生的就业指导工作。
