| 摘 要： | 通过国内高校相互比较及与国外知名研究型大学进行比较,揭示我国研究型大学师资队伍建设的现状,依托统计学中的聚类分析方法对这些研究型大学进行分类,并对我国研究型大学师资队伍建设提出可行性建议.

| Abstract: | This paper compares the teachers' cultivation among universities in China,and between Chinese universities and well-known research-oriented universities in foreign countries.It aims to reveal the current situation of teachers' cultivation in Chinese research-oriented universities.Based on cluster analysis method, the research-oriented universities are classified.Moreover,the paper gives some advice on teachers' cultivation. |
