| 摘 要： | 民国时期(1912-1949)中国出现了以30年代上海租界人力车夫互助保险、简易人寿保险和40年代川北盐工保险为代表社会保险实践。社会经济发展的需要、国际劳工组织的推动和国外社会保险实践的影响以及民族商业保险的发展推动了社会保险实践的出现。它体现了中国社会保障由传统向现代社会转型的特点,是中国现代社会保障建设的重要一步。

| Abstract: | There was practice of social insurance in China such as the mutual insurance of the drivers of rickshaw,the simple life insurance in 1930's and the social insurance of the workers in saltworks in the north of Sichuan Province in 1940's,which show us the transformation of society security from tradition to modern time.The reasons of the change include the need of the development of social and economy,the influence of the ILO and other countries'practice as well as the rise of the national insurance. |
