| 摘 要： | 国内众多研究者对Web2.0环境下知识共享问题的研究投入了极大的热情,并取得了丰富的成果。但基于对国内外相关研究内容分析表明,国外文献中占相当大比重的Web2.0环境下组织中的知识共享问题在我国并不是主流,本文以中国的组织为调查研究对象,通过问卷的方式对中国的Web2.0环境下组织中的知识共享问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | numerous researchers on the issue of sharing knowledge in the Web2.0 environment research into the great enthusiasm for the study,and have achieved rich results.However,based on research for domestic and foreign content analysis showed that the study of foreign literature,account for a large proportion of the Web2.0 environment organization of knowledge sharing.But it is not the mainstream in China.This article will take the organization in China as example and talk about organization knowledge sharing issues in China’s Web2.0 environment. |
