| 摘 要： | 《俄罗斯联邦2020年前社会经济发展战略》明确指出,俄罗斯体育承载着提升俄罗斯人力资本的作用。具体战略目标是:俄罗斯的人均寿命在2020年前提高到75岁,死亡率减少1/3。俄罗斯政府于2009年出台了《俄罗斯联邦2020年前体育发展战略》,其主要内容是优先发展群众体育,大力宣传健康生活方式,支持高水平竞技体育的发展,建设更多高标准体育场馆。这一战略确定了俄罗斯未来11年体育发展的基本思想。结合俄罗斯近年的国家体育政策,分析俄罗斯2020年前体育发展战略,对于我国体育事业的协调发展,尤其是后奥运时期如何实现体育大国向体育强国的迈进有着重要的启示。

| Abstract: | The 2020 Socio-economic Development Strategy for Russian Federation clearly states that sport plays a role in enhancing human capital in Russia.Specific objectives are to increase life expectancy to 75 years old in 2020,and reduce the mortality by 1/3.For this reason,in 2009 the government issued Sports Development strategy for Russia Federation 2020.It includes giving priority to the development of mass sports,promoting a healthy lifestyle vigorously,supporting the development of high-level competitive sports and building more high-standard sport venues.This strategy establishes the basic ideas of future sports development in Russia.With the combination of the national sports policy of Russia in recent years with the strategy,it has great significance in the coordinated development of sports undertakings in China,esp.to achieve a sports power in the period of post-Olympics. |
