| 摘 要： | 黑格尔法哲学试图从特殊性和普遍性的角度分析市民社会和国家的关系。他将市民社会看作是从家庭到国家的一个中间阶段,在这个过程中追求特殊利益的个人因为受到普遍性的约束而结合形成国家。文章通过解析黑格尔有关市民社会与国家的关系的论述,分析个人与国家在这一关系中的矛盾与和解。同时,结合马克思对黑格尔法哲学的批判,分析黑格尔市民社会理论的合理性与不足。

| Abstract: | Hegel tried to analyze the relationship between civil society and the state from the aspects of particularity and universality. He regarded civil society as an intermediate stage from the family to the state and argued that the state was formed by people who pursued particular interests and were restricted by universality. The author of this paper analyzes the contradiction and reconciliation between individuals and the state though the analysis of Hegel''s view on the relationship between the civil society and the state, and examines the rationality and deficiency of Hegel''s theory of the civil society with the help of Marx''s critique of Hegel''s law philosophy. |
