| 摘 要： | 本文主要介绍了一种无位置传感器无刷直流电机控制系统的硬件结构和软件系统,分析了无刷直流电机转子位置检测方法。该系统以PLC为核心监测转速的变化,采用3段式起动方法,并利用PLC串口和上位机进行通信。

| Abstract: | The Hardware Architecture and software systems of a non-position sensor brushless DC motor control system is introduced in this paper. It provides a tool to analyze the brushless DC motor rotor position detection method. As the core of the system, the PLC monitors changes in speed by three struts starting method. Moreover the system uses PLC serial and PC to communicate. |
