当代中国公民教育历史性复兴的现实反思

摘    要:中国公民教育的当代复兴是历史延宕的必然反弹,有其三大背景性因素和两大结构性因素。公民具有身份平等、公共生活实践品格和公共精神、权责效能三大本质特征,完整的公民教育应包括公民伦理教育和公民权责教育。公民教育的实施和开展应注重现代家庭文明建设、学校教育和类似的公民实践活动、学校后成人教育的补课,充分发挥媒介的引导教育功能。

Abstract:The revival of the education of Chinese citizens is the inevitable r esult of historical delay and it has three background factors and two structural factors. Citizens have three essential characteristics of equal status, practic e quality of public life and public spirit, and efficacy of right and responsibi lity. The complete education of citizens should include ethical education and ed ucation of right and responsibility. In conducting the education of citizens, we should put stress on the establishment of family civilization, school education and practical activities, adult education, and bring into full play the educati onal function of media.
