| 摘 要： | 从投掷技术原理来讲， 器械飞行的远度主要取决于出手初速度， 而最后用力阶段是其获得速度的主要来源。为适应现代推铅球技术的发展， 文章扼要地提出最后用力开始的时机， 分析影响最后用力效果的因素， 并针对性地提出改进最后用力效果的途径， 对铅球最后用力阶段在技术和理论方面做点滴补充。
